Natural House OÜ was created in 2002. In the early years, the company built mostly holiday cottages and family homes. However, demand from export markets has enabled the team to develop and design apartment buildings as well as social housing.

The Systems OÜ (Estonia) is an engineering company that develops electronic and embedded software solutions. The Systems OÜ has been involved in creating many technological, including, but not limited to, the development of electric vehicles, LED controllers, monitoring systems for gas pipeline leaks, and many others.
CoreGrow arranged Horizon 2020 funding for The Systems in order to compile a cost-benefit analysis for the development of a sensor to detect leaks in urban gas pipelines. CoreGrow is also carrying out the project management in the latter phases of the development project.
